As of July 1, 2016, Junior Kindergarten
 (born 2012) children enrolled in Junior Kindergarten in Ontario are able to participate in the Eye See...Eye Learn® program for the 2016-17 school year:

Simply click the following link to our “Find an Optometrist Locator” and contact a local participating optometrist* to have your child’s Eye See…Eye Learn® exam by June 30, 2017. Bring your child’s health card with you on the day of the exam. It's that easy!

*Participating doctors will have the following frog head next to their name: 

Participating children who require a pair of glasses will receive one pair free of charge courtesy of our participating corporate partners Nikon Lenswear and OGI Eyewear. The frames are fashionable and are made with high quality and impact resistant polycarbonate lenses.
