Astigmatism
Astigmatism occurs when images formed on the retina are not in sharp focus; it often occurs along with myopia and hyperopia.
It is a condition in which the surface of the cornea and/or lens is not evenly curved. Your optometrist may recommend treatment options such as eyeglasses, contact lenses or surgery.
