As of July 1, 2017, Junior Kindergarten
(born 2013) children enrolled in Junior Kindergarten in Ontario are able to participate in the Eye See...Eye Learn® program for the 2017-18 school year:

Simply find an optometrist near you and contact a local participating optometrist* to have your child’s Eye See…Eye Learn® exam by June 30, 2018. Bring your child’s health card with you on the day of the exam. It's that easy!

*Participating doctors will have the following frog head next to their name:

Children who require a pair of glasses will receive one complementary pair courtesy of our corporate partners Nikon Lenswear and OGI Eyewear. The frames are fashionable and are made with high quality and impact resistant polycarbonate lenses.

This program is made possible with funding assistance from the Government of Ontario.
